Vertical Doors Direct operates this website and online store to provide genuine Vertical Doors Inc. aftermarket automotive products, product information, vehicle-fitment assistance, ordering, customer support, warranty coordination, installation referrals, and related services.

Autobunch Inc. / Vertical Doors Direct is an authorized wholesale partner and reseller of genuine Vertical Doors Inc. products . Vertical Doors Inc. is the manufacturer.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and purchases.

By using our website or completing a transaction, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Vertical Doors Direct is operated by Autobunch Inc., a Nevada corporation. Autobunch Inc. / Vertical Doors Direct is an authorized wholesale partner and reseller of genuine Vertical Doors Inc. products.

Vertical Doors Inc. manufactures the Vertical Doors Inc. products sold through our store.

Vertical Doors Direct provides the online storefront, customer support, order administration, vehicle-fitment assistance, return coordination, manufacturer warranty assistance, and other retailer services.

SECTION 3 - VEHICLE BRANDS AND COMPATIBILITY REFERENCES

Products sold through our store are aftermarket products unless expressly stated otherwise.

References to vehicle manufacturers, vehicle makes, model names, model years, body styles, trademarks, and related identifiers are used to describe intended compatibility.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, use of a vehicle manufacturer or model name does not mean the aftermarket product is manufactured, sponsored, approved, or endorsed by that vehicle manufacturer.

Customers should carefully review the year, make, model, body style, trim, configuration, and product-specific compatibility information before ordering.

If fitment is unclear, please contact us before purchasing.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present product information, photographs, descriptions, availability, compatibility information, and prices accurately.

Product appearance may vary slightly because of display settings, photography, packaging changes, or manufacturer updates.

Product information may be updated as necessary to maintain accurate listings.

SECTION 5 - ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in the order.

Orders are subject to payment authorization, product availability, shipping eligibility, fraud review, and acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• Payment cannot be authorized;
• A product is unavailable;
• The shipping destination is unsupported;
• Materially inaccurate order information was provided;
• Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;
• A material product or pricing error occurred; or
• The transaction cannot lawfully or operationally be completed.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, any applicable refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Unless otherwise stated, prices on our website are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and other mandatory transaction amounts are displayed or calculated during checkout where applicable.

Customers can review the applicable order total before completing payment.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for the transaction.

SECTION 8 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping through VerticalDoors.shop is currently available only to eligible delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.

We currently do not ship to:

• Alaska;
• American Samoa;
• Federated States of Micronesia;
• Guam;
• Hawaii;
• Marshall Islands;
• Northern Mariana Islands;
• Palau;
• Puerto Rico;
• U.S. Virgin Islands;
• Armed Forces Americas;
• Armed Forces Europe; or
• Armed Forces Pacific.

We do not currently offer international shipping through this store.

Order handling is typically 10–14 business days, followed by approximately 3–5 business days of carrier transit after dispatch.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking is provided after shipment, and shipments require a signature at delivery.

SECTION 9 - SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact us promptly if an address correction is required. An address change may not be possible after fulfillment has begun or the shipment has been dispatched.

SECTION 10 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders that have not yet shipped may be eligible for cancellation.

Approved pre-shipment cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer treated as a pre-shipment cancellation and any applicable return must comply with our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 11 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible standard returns must be requested within 7 days after delivery.

A valid Return Authorization (RA) is required before the product is shipped back.

Eligible standard returns must be new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and otherwise satisfy the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

Installed products are not eligible for a standard return.

Accepted standard returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for standard return shipping costs.

Do not ship a return until Return Authorization and return instructions have been provided.

Do not send product returns to the Vertical Doors Direct / Autobunch Inc. Las Vegas business address.

After an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, the applicable refund is issued to the original payment method within up to 14 business days.

SECTION 12 - DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe a shipment arrived damaged, incomplete, defective, or contains an incorrect product, contact us before installing, modifying, or returning the product.

We may request your order number, photographs, video, product information, packaging information, or other details reasonably necessary to review the issue.

Appropriate instructions will be provided based on the circumstances, applicable manufacturer terms, and applicable law.

SECTION 13 - INSTALLATION

Vertical-door conversion kits are aftermarket automotive products that alter the operation of a vehicle's doors.

Installation requirements vary by vehicle and product application. Customers should review the applicable product information and manufacturer instructions before installation.

An appropriately qualified automotive installer should be used when the installation is beyond the customer's experience or where professional installation is otherwise appropriate.

SECTION 14 - INSTALLATION REFERRALS

Vertical Doors Direct may assist customers with requesting referrals to independent installation shops or mobile installers.

Independent installers are separate businesses or service providers and are not employees of Vertical Doors Direct or Autobunch Inc.

Installer availability, service area, pricing, scheduling, qualifications, workmanship, and any labor warranty are determined by the selected independent installer under a separate agreement with the customer.

SECTION 15 - MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Eligible Vertical Doors Inc. products or components may be covered by manufacturer warranty terms established by Vertical Doors Inc.

Vertical Doors Direct assists customers who purchased through our store with coordinating eligible manufacturer warranty requests.

Manufacturer warranty eligibility, duration, exclusions, maintenance requirements, documentation, remedies, and replacement procedures are determined under the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms.

When an authorized product or component must be sent to Vertical Doors Inc. for warranty review, the authorized manufacturer facility is:

SECTION 16 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website content, product images, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, videos, and other materials may be owned by Autobunch Inc., Vertical Doors Direct, Vertical Doors Inc., Shopify, vehicle manufacturers, licensors, or other applicable rights holders.

Autobunch Inc. / Vertical Doors Direct is authorized to market and sell genuine Vertical Doors Inc. products and use applicable Vertical Doors Inc. brand materials in connection with that authorized relationship.

Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, logos, and related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing on this website transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to the customer.

SECTION 17 - TRADEMARK AND COMPATIBILITY REFERENCES

Vehicle manufacturer and model references are used where reasonably necessary to identify intended product compatibility.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, those references do not indicate that a Vertical Doors Inc. aftermarket product is manufactured, sponsored, or endorsed by the referenced vehicle manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranty obligations and independent installer obligations are governed by their respective applicable terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of our services, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's legal rights.

Nothing in this section limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
