Returns

Eligible authorized returns are sent to the Vertical Doors Inc. manufacturer return facility at 542 3rd St, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530, United States. A Return Authorization (RA) is required before a customer sends any product back. Installation referrals

We can help customers request referrals to independent installation shops and mobile installers. Installer availability, service area, scheduling, qualifications, pricing, workmanship terms, and any labor warranty are determined by the selected independent installer under a separate agreement. Installation is not included with a product purchase unless expressly stated at checkout.
