Are these OEM vehicle-manufacturer door kits?
No, unless a product page expressly says otherwise. The conversion kits sold through this store are aftermarket Vertical Doors Inc. products. Vehicle manufacturer and model names are used to identify intended compatibility and do not by themselves indicate OEM manufacture, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Shipping and fulfillment
Where are orders fulfilled?
Genuine Vertical Doors Inc. products are fulfilled and shipped by Vertical Doors Inc. from its manufacturer facility at 542 3rd St, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530, United States.
Where do you currently ship?
VerticalDoors.shop currently ships to eligible delivery addresses within its supported contiguous U.S. shipping area. We do not currently offer international shipping through this store. Review the Shipping Policy for the complete supported area and exclusions.
How long does delivery usually take?
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 10–14 business days after order confirmation. After dispatch, estimated carrier transit is approximately 3–5 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Is tracking provided?
Tracking information is provided after the order has been dispatched and accepted by the carrier. Shipments are sent with a signature requirement.
Returns, cancellations, and refunds
What is the standard return window?
Eligible standard returns must be requested within 7 calendar days after delivery. A Return Authorization (RA) is required before shipping a product back.
What condition must a standard return be in?
Eligible standard returns must be new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, complete with applicable components and hardware, and otherwise meet the conditions stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
Are there return fees?
A 25% restocking fee applies to accepted standard returns. Customers are responsible for standard return shipping, and original outbound shipping charges, when applicable, are non-refundable. Different handling may apply where required by law or for a confirmed damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item; contact us before returning such an item.
How are refunds issued?
After an eligible return is received, inspected, and approved, the applicable refund is issued to the original payment method within up to 14 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Can I cancel an order before it ships?
An order that has not yet shipped may be eligible for cancellation. Approved pre-shipment cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Contact us promptly if you need to request cancellation.
Warranty and installation
Who handles product warranty support?
Vertical Doors Direct assists customers who purchased through our store with coordinating eligible Vertical Doors Inc. manufacturer warranty requests. Warranty eligibility is determined under the applicable manufacturer warranty terms. See Manufacturer Warranty & Product Support.
Does Vertical Doors Direct install the product?
Vertical Doors Direct may assist with referrals to independent installation professionals. Independent installers set their own availability, pricing, scheduling, workmanship terms, and labor warranty under a separate agreement with the customer. See Fitment & Installation Information.
